We believe our purpose is to establish and advance the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ deeper and wider into the hearts of individuals, communities, and future leaders.
Seeking to truly love our neighbours as we love ourselves, we believe that it’s through serving the interests of others (whether they are individuals, communities, or various business sectors) that we are able to show God’s heart for people, and share His love further and wider.

How we do it
Berekela Setshaba Holdings invests into different entities that align with its same goals. These entities include:
- A Botswana Community Upliftment, Development & Empowerment Trust (BCCUDE Trust). This Trust acts as a holding and landlord trust while addressing the needs of the communities.
- Operating companies that generate the income for the vision while also providing real-life, on-the-ground training for those enrolled in the Business Academy.
- A Land & Wildlife Conservation and Rehabilitation Trust (LWCR Trust), which addresses all man and nature conflicts while striving for harmonious living between man and nature.
- A Management Company, KOHD (Kingdom of Heaven Discipleship) Management Co. through which all discipleship, training, supervisory and support management is done.
The goal of each of these projects is to establish more of God’s Kingdom into more communities. At the same time, through the Business Academy, a growing number of self-sustaining, local enterprises have begun to address and redress the needs of their communities.
This in turn leads to a more harmonious way of living between people, land, and nature, thus providing a continuous improvement in the quality of life, for all.
To further protect and enhance the precious land and wildlife that have been entrusted to different communities, BSH seeks to actively focus and mediate whenever conflicts arise between wildlife and farming in the communities, such as land deterioration, predation, and elephants and local farmers.
Through financial assistance from Berekela Setshaba Holdings and with the aid of the Botswana Ministry of Lands, a growing number of upcoming leaders are set to be empowered to start their own enterprises. KOHD Management Co. will then provide support and supervisory services to these leaders.
